TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What's Included:
Land cost covers trip coordination, leadership and guided programs; accommodations and meals as prescribed; specified transportation, all park fees, ferry tolls etc. During trips breakfasts are usually included.
What's Excluded:
Excluded generally are costs of air transport , insurance and cost of accommodation and meals while travelling to and from designated trip start points . On most trips dinners are extra to allow for sampling of local fare, late arrival etc. Lunches are mostly the participant's responsibility; we include suggestions for lunch food with the “packing list”.
Currency:
All trips are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Deposit:
A deposit of $200 (per person per trip ) ($400 for el Camino) on the land cost is required , payable by VISA or cheque to Natural Outings Ltd. The deposit is non-refundable.
Balance of Payment:
Balance of payment by cheque or VISA is due two months before trip commencement date.
Participant Cancellation:
Cancel between 1 and 2 months prior to start date of trip, we refund 50% of trip price. Within 1 month of departure no refunds will be given on the full trip price. Refunds do not apply to no-shows or early-leavers . We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel medical insurance available from most travel agents and credit card companies.
Trip Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel a trip with due notice because of insufficient enrollment or other reasons beyond our control , in which case the full amount paid to Natural Outings Ltd. will be refunded.
Foreign Trips:
We advise for foreign trips that you check with your doctor or local health authority about vaccines or medications required; also, please ensure that you have a current passport, and if necessary, a travel visa.
Note that entry to
another country may be refused even if the required
information and travel documents are complete.
Note also that the
living standards and practices at the destination and
standards and conditions there with respect to the
provision of utilities, services and accommodation may
differ from those found in Canada.
Communications:
Approximately 3-4 weeks before departure all booked clients will receive a participants list, packing list and final trip instructions .
Do not book your flight before confirming with us that the trip is a definite “GO” and to obtain the exact departure date .
Waiver:
All trip participants are required to sign a general trip waiver available from Natural Outings Ltd.
Goods and Services Tax (GST):
Please add 5% GST to your payment for all trips within Canada .
